Claiming & Payment:★ Payment is in GBP (£) via PayPal, Ko-Fi or Bank Transfer - I will not take converted currency amounts.
★ Holds available for up to 3 days, only if you’re 100% sure you’ll buy.
★ Do not claim unless fully committed. No backing out, swapping, or changing your mind.
★ First come, first served unless otherwise stated.
★ Breaking rules or failing to pay may result in bans or blacklisting.
★ No sales/resales to minors if the character is NSFW-based or holds any NSFW artwork.

Delivery & Ownership Transfer:★ Preferred delivery is via ToyHouse character transfer—Discord or email transfers possible, but ToyHouse is strongly preferred.
★ Transfers happen within 48 hours of payment.
★ Please be patient. Rushing or harassment will not be tolerated.
★ If you haven't received your adopt after 48+ hours, feel free to contact me.
★ After recieveing your adopt, please do not delete them from ToyHouse; authorise or send me the access key if you want them hidden.

Usage & Edits:★ Designs are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased (x2 original price).
★ Modifications allowed (name, outfits, gender, species), but:
- Do NOT edit/draw over original artwork.
- Keep original design on record. New owners must get it too if transferred.
- Credit me for original design when first posting redesigns.
★ NO use for AI training, AI-generated content, or NFTs.
★ You are allowed to draw Gore/NSFW of my designs—however, they may not be used in any content that includes feral NSFW, zoophilia, pedophilia, underage themes, or any sexualized depiction of minors or animals. This includes suggestive or implied content.

Trading & Rehoming:★ Reselling, trading, or gifting allowed, but:
- No resale above original price unless additional artwork of equal value is included.
- If no extra art, DO NOT SELL for more than what you got them for.
- Adopts from trades, gifts, or freebies cannot be resold unless value is added.
★ Buying to resell for profit is prohibited.
★ Please try to give it at least 2 weeks to see if you can connect with a character before deciding to move them on.When rehoming, new owners must be aware of & follow these rules.

Boundaries & Buyer Restrictions:I do not want my designs to be owned by individuals who create, support, or engage with any of the following:★ Feral NSFW or animal-focused explicit content
★ Zoophilia or any sexualisation of animals
★ Pedophilia, or any form of minor sexualisation
★ “Loli” / “shota” content or any depiction that sexualises underage characters
★ Incest or other abusive/exploitative sexual content
★ Any content that normalises or glorifies real-world harm, abuse, or exploitationAdditionally, general DNI applies. This includes individuals who are openly hateful, discriminatory, or harmful toward others (e.g. racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.).If you engage with, support, or are comfortable with any of the above, please do not purchase, trade for, or otherwise obtain my designs.
